TECHNIQUE OF YOGASAN

From the view point of practice. Yogasans can be divided into five parts :

NOTE : We just unloaded content for first two points . Content for rest of the points will be updated next week

  1. Yagasans for Meditation and concentration.
  2. Asans practiced in the standing pose.
  3. Asans practiced in the sitting position.
  4. Asans practiced while lying on the stomach.
  5. Asans done while lying on the back.
